Still can't believe I've managed to get tickets last night! was sooo intense. The fact their in such a small venue in Newport is amazing! going to be Epic! Keep double checking my tickets though, think its paranoia, but its got GA1 and GA3 with a number, i've already been told my a fellow member that its deffo standing tickets, but i'm still worrying they might be unreserved seating :/ I need to be in there with the crowd!

Tonight was all about fate for me, by chance/luck I briefly checked the site for a update on single, just gone 6:00 this evening, to be greeted with the live announcement. Heart racing, I frantically tried for about a hour to get through, eventually securing my tickets for Newport!! Excited is a understatement at the moment, i'm so wound up I can't sleep and I got work at 6:00 in the morning :/ Also great to see them come back to Wales again! last time was for their Blackholes tour.

I've managed to get two tickets for Newport Wales!! Little confused with the ticket though, as I was in a rush to purchase... Its got GA1 and GA3 on rows for the location... is this a standing ticket? I really hope so, I wouldn't think there be seats for this gig

So yes...that was pretty intense! It just happened to be by chance that at 6:00, id check the site/boards for any update on the single, to fall upon news of a mini UK tour next week! To top it off, they playing in my home country about 50 mins away! Newport Wales! The last time they played a gig here was at Cardiff for Blackholes. So damn excited! to be honest I think excitement is a tad of an understatement at the moment, I still can't believe I got tickets after trying frantically for about a hour to actually get through.

All forgiven, I was a little confused at first. Yeah, exactly why I don't think we will hear hardly anything from 2nd Law at Download Fest, apart from maybe Unsustainable, Liquid State and maybe even, Supremacy... On the actual tours themselves tho, I expect we may hear more of the album. (Hope)

Optimistic? why/how did I come across as optimistic? I hope they do play all their singles from the previous album, thats me actually being optimistic there. While writing the post I was thinking Download Festival mind and not they next actual tour. Download Fest I'd be very surprised if we heard Madness or Follow me, but I really hope they do. I still hope and look forward to the day I see Muse live with a full orchestra....

I would love to hear them all to be honest, not that is going to happen and if their taking a heavier direction then its probably likely we will hear less of T2L. I do think if they happened to play one or two songs from the album, it would be Supremacy, Animals, Liquid State and Unsustainable. But yeah, hope we hear more because I adored this album.

I kinda hope it is, it will make it that bit more special. As I said previously, Download is not the type of festival I'd go to, I'm purely going on the Saturday just for Muse, so if its true and they are exclusive, I'd be very happy. There is a part of me hoping Reading announces them as Headliners though, which I believe is tomorrow night. The announcement that is.

I was hoping they would have done Reading Fest this year, but Download at the mome is good enough. I hope they don't miss out on Wales this year and at least do Cardiff! though I''ll travel as far as I need to see them.

Day ticket bought for the Saturday!! Didnt think i'd ever find myself going to Download Festival and was hoping they would headline Reading again, but this is good enough!! Really looking forward to listening to the heavy direction their taking, even though albums 1 to 3 are pretty heavy'ish anyway, I do also think a majority of the B-sides from their Hullabaloo album would play well at this kind of festival.

I was going to have the absolution shadows tattooed on my upper arm next, seeing that album pretty much defined me as the person I am today, but first I think i'm going to have Butterflies & Hurricanes tattooed on my inner arm...it being my coming out song...

Thanks! It really hurt but then i'm a pussy when it comes to things like that, especially it being my first Can't wait to get my next, i'm having the absolution cover on my right upper arm.
