a proper meal hmmm?
Well lets start with the elements:
Potatoes - I suggest you make your own wedges. Take a couple of potatoes and cut them into wedge shapes. Pop them in a saucepan and cover with water (plus a pinch oh salt). Bring to the boil and leave them boiling for 5-8 minutes. Drain the water from the pan then put in a knob of butter and a good sprinkle of paprika. Swish the tatos around until they all have a nice orange coating, then take a baking tray, put some oilve oil on the tray (just a bit to give it a greasy coating, not so much that there is a bath of it) then chuck the tatos on top. Bake in a hot oven (200c or gas mark 5) for 20 mins.
Start with that, see how you get on. You can always chuck some cheese on the top for the last 5 mins of baking if you fancy it.
