    Surprised they actually gave some answers for that! Was expecting to see the magic whammy toggle switching device on that list. I imagine they left that out because it was the most searched. I guess we'll never know...

    I sold that one a couple months back, though it went to someone I know and he seems to like it a lot. Nothing was actually wrong with the FRX, but it did need a bit of time to be broken in and the knife edges sharpened. After that, it stayed in tune just as well as any other floyd. I thought I was doing you a favor. You wouldn't have to buy two separate guitars if you bought something like that!

    Same here. Energy was great, especially earlier in the set. Yeah, it did seem like a good amount of GA died down after the previous act. I recall MB said something like "you know this one?" when he wanted us to sing part of one of the songs. Pretty sure that was the chorus for Uprising... luckily it seemed like most people knew it. True - it felt a bit longer than 12 songs somehow, but I wouldn't have been against another drop D riff... or several Yeah, I was wondering if that was new. It was sort of strange seeing him come out of nowhere all lit up like that, considering they didn't have the usual sort of entrance like at their own shows.

    I'm pretty sure that's the second one. Unless he had the pickup replaced in the original? It did look fairly beaten up like the first one though. Also, was surprised to see that he didn't use a single matt black (as in his usual tour spec guitars) last night

    I would hope it's something like that. Trying not go in with any high expectations, which is a bit difficult... What time are you all getting there? I'm in the seats, but still considering going for the full event. Not familiar with all the artists, but might as well get the most out of the ticket.

    Wish I knew about this before. I've struggled to capture the sound accurately from that 4x10 combo - mainly the extreme midrange But yeah, I'm just thinking of using a single mic setup with a very specific #details unit with a speaker sim for running direct at the same time. I could always try that setup with the line out and the impulse responses, but... that would be too easy.

    Long shot, but anyone familiar with blending a standard mic setup with a direct signal for guitar? I gather this is a fairly common way to record bass.
