No that was someone else, my point was that the drums sound different in SMBH.

I don't think so, they sound a lot more electronic.

EDIT: Having just watched the TOTP video I'd say that the rim of his floor tom has got a trigger in it Also I think the snare is triggered in SMBH aswell

The whole of the main beat is using the gong bass drum or whatever it is and then the little fill is done on the toms.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but I wondered if anyone can help with this: What is that thing Dom uses in concert, between his mounted tom and ride cymbal, it looks like 3 bent metal bars, uses it in TiRO.
