An email explaining to vote should have been received about 2-3 days after purchasing the ticket. If you've had to wait longer, call them. Now. There's is really no time to spare.

My friend was lucky enough to get us tickets from ticketmaster but hasnt recieved any info about voting yet. Can someone explain to me how it happens? Im assuming it should have already taken place?
(Ive already tried to find the answer but 120+ pages is a lot to get through!

I got through the morning. Had the tickets in my basket. Got to the last page and for some reason, it didn't go through. I am truly devastated. If anybody is looking for someone to go with, I'll happily pay more than what you paid for the other ticket. Thank you, from one very upset Muse fan.

I've absolutely no idea how some of us had a horrific time and some got them seamlessly, I was waiting for the countdown to hit 0 as i'm sure everyone else was. Got through Captcha within about 20 seconds, and nothing. So gutted.
Also my Captcha could have been a sequence of any letters, ridiculously hard to figure out. Consolation prize of Download isn't even making me feel better.
Exactly the same situation as me. Small venue gigs will be much better than Download

You buy the 6 ticket option, which is a waste if you ask me. Valuable tickets for fans who can only afford one gig, gone
I cant afford that. I just want one ticket to ANY of the gigs. It says the six ticket option is not available any more anyway. Booo

Ive got tickets for Sunday but I would like to get my friends some too. Any one know of any outlets that will be putting some out before Sun? Ticketmaster don't seem to have any left if they did put more on sale this morning at 9:00am.

I've just got my tickets via the Sun link, but i'm confused as to why I (and a lot of other people it seems) didn't get sent the 'Muse email list' special link?
Can any one shed some light on this? Considering I signed up 10 years ago I'd like to remedy the situation so it doesn't happen again next time!

Christ on a bike that was fantastic. Finally met Dom and Matt after the show too.
