Aftermath is way better than GUAF which is probably their worst ever song to commit to an album.

I really enjoy the verses, in fact there isn't a weak part of the track for me. Big pressure imo on the next single. If they follow WSD with another banger then they could be on to a winner with this album.

1 - Absolution 2 - OOS 3 - BH&R 4 - Showbiz These albums each contain at least 5 A* songs a piece including some of my favourite songs of all time. Even the majority of filler songs are good/great. 5 - The Resistance Exogenesis, especially Overture is beautiful. Uprising, Mk Ultra, US and Eurasia elevate this album above the rest. 6 - Drones & Simulation Theory. Can't really separate these. Both decent albums but not without their stinkers. The Dark Side, The Void, The Handler, Dead Inside & Reapers are all top bracket muse tracks. 7 - The 2nd Law Bottom of the pile by some significant distance. Animals, Supremacy, Liquid State & Panic Station are the only songs I can listen to from start to finish. I love elements of other songs on this album but not enough to stomach the whole song. I'll be very happy if LP9 can match or beat TR

Doubt I'll ever listen to the album in full again, but The Dark Side, The Void, Propaganda and Break it to Me will stick with me. Some good elements from other songs but Get Up & Fight is the worst version of Muse.

Really liking WSD, the verses give me Dead Inside vibes. MUCH better than Pressure. The end is a tease much like MOTP. Hopefully live they'll rock out a bit longer when they play it live but not sure they will other than tagging a different riff on the end. edit: Thought I'd signed up to this new board but nah. Been around since 2006 but very much a lurker.
